Day 1 — Arrival in Tanzania and Transfer to Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a Mshele Tanzania Adventures representative. After a short briefing, enjoy a private transfer to Arusha through scenic countryside with possible views of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days. Check in at your hotel and relax after your international journey. Depending on arrival time, enjoy leisure at the hotel, poolside relaxation, or prepare your safari gear for the adventure ahead.

Day 2 — Tarangire National Park Safari

After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park in your private 4×4 safari vehicle. Tarangire is famous for ancient baobab trees, seasonal river valleys, and some of East Africa’s largest elephant populations. Enjoy a full game drive searching for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, ostrich, and rich birdlife. Picnic lunch will be served inside the park in a scenic area.
