• Day 3: Shira 2 to Lava Tower (4,630m) to Moir Hut (4,200m)
• Day 4: Moir Hut to Buffalo Camp (4,020m) — Northern traverse
• Day 5: Buffalo Camp to Third Cave (3,870m)
• Day 6: Third Cave to School Hut (4,750m)
• Day 7: Rest day at School Hut
• Day 8: Summit night — Uhuru Peak (5,895m) and descent to Mweka Camp
